Fall 2021 Robertson Co. Young Athletes Registration

Special Olympics TN Robertson County is excited to announce a new 6-week Young Athletes session in Springfield. Special Olympics Young Athletes™ is a sport and play program for children with and without intellectual disabilities, ages 2 to 7. The focus is on fun activities that are important to mental and physical growth.

The sessions will be held on Fridays from 5:30pm- 6:30pm, starting November 5th and running through December 17th. There will be no class on November 24th, the week of Thanksgiving. This session will be held at The Center, 401 N. Main St., Springfield, TN.

Currently, only one parent or guardian per Young Athlete is permitted to attend to keep in compliance with the Special Olympics return to activity protocols. The parent/guardian must remain on site through entire class and will be used to support their young athlete through instruction from the coach. All adults must wear a mask through the entire class. Athletes over 2 must wear them unless engaging in physical activity.
