Special Olympics Tennessee Fit 4 Life Program

Fit 4 Life is a FREE 9-week inclusive fitness, nutrition, and wellness program for ages 15 and above. Hosted by Special Olympics Tennessee and D1 Training.

Throughout the nine weeks, all participants will engage in pre and post physical fitness testing, weekly 60-minute workouts focused on strength, endurance, flexibility, and balance, as well as nutritional and general fitness education and safety. Each week, participants will receive at home exercises and nutrition instruction so that on or off the field they are working towards healthy lifestyle choices.
