Special Olympics Tennessee Fit 4 Life Program
Fit 4 Life is a FREE 12-week inclusive fitness, nutrition, and mental wellness program for ages 13 and above. Hosted by Special Olympics Tennessee and Community Fitness Partners.
Registration is NOW OPEN for the Spring 2024 Fit 4 Life session
starting the week of January 15th until the week of April 15th. Class sizes are limited and registration is required.

All Caregivers and Athletes are to attend a pre-session, virtual zoom call that will be very important for the athletes and caregivers success.
We will be covering the below details:
Throughout the twelve weeks, all participants will engage in:
- One caregiver/parent training for expected outcomes during 12-week health and fitness program
- Pre and post health, fitness, and lifestyle screenings
- Weekly, in-person, 60-minute group workouts focused on strength, endurance, flexibility, and balance
- Nutrition, hydration, lifestyle and mental wellness education
- Virtual trainings to provide continued awareness, and practical application exercises for nutritional and mental health knowledge

New Athlete Registration & Physical Form
If you are new to Special Olympics TN, we do require athletes to have a completed registration and physical on file in order to participate. Please see the attached document. Once completed, please email to the program administrator, Natalee Kamau at nkamau@specialolympicstn.org.
